Thiruvananthapuram: There will be changes in the timings of five trains plying through Kayamkulam-Kottayam-Ernakulam sector.
According to the Southern Railway communique, the Thiruvananthapuram-New Delhi Superfast train 'Kerala Express' will start journey from 12.30 pm from Thiruvananthapuram instead of the earlier time of 12.20 pm.
The Kanyakumari-Pune train will embark on its journey from Kanyakumari from 8.40 am. The earlier time of departure was 8.25 am.
The Kollam-Ernakulam MEMU train will begin its journey from Kollam at 4.20 pm. The earlier time of departure was at 4.15 pm.
Hereafter, the daily 'Vanchinad Express' starting from Thiruvananthapuram will reach early at Ernakulam. It will arrive at 10.55 pm. Earlier, it used to arrive at 11.05 pm.
The bi-weekly Kochuveli-Lokmanya Tilak Express will start its journey from Kochuveli by 20 minutes late hereafter.
The new timing of departure is 12.55 pm instead of the earlier timing of 12.35 pm.
