Restrictions for train movement via Kottayam tonight

Kottayam: Six trains passing via Kottayam will be diverted through the coastal Alappuzha route to facilitate track maintenance works, tonight.

These trains were allotted stops at Cherthala, Alappuzha, Ambalappuzha and Harippad stations.

The trains which are being diverted are Mangaluru-Thiruvananthapuram Express (T No 16348), Madurai Jn – Thiruvananthapuram Amritha Express (T No 16344), Nilambur Road-Kochuveli Rajya Rani Express (T No 16350), Hazrat Nizamuddin-Thiruvananthapuram Weekly Express (T No 22654), Chennai Central- Thiruvananthapuram Superfast (T No 12695), and Mangaluru-Thiruvananthapuram Malabar Express (T No 16630).

Except for Hazrat Nizamuddin Thiruvananthapuram Weekly Express, which started the journey on Monday, all other trains will depart from the respective stations only today.
