In a major boost for travellers heading from Bengaluru to northern Kerala, the Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) is launching its first-ever Fly Bus service to the state. Operating daily from Kempegowda International Airport in Bengaluru to Kozhikode, the service is scheduled to begin operations this Friday, July 17. The highly anticipated launch promises a premium, hassle-free commute for passengers from the Malabar region at an affordable fare of ₹1,550.

Royal travel at affordable rates
Currently, KSRTC operates Fly Bus services from Bengaluru airport to destinations such as Mysuru, Madikeri, and Kundapura. The introduction of the Kozhikode route will provide massive relief to passengers from Kerala. Travellers arriving at Bengaluru airport often have to shell out hefty sums for private taxis or spend up to two hours navigating city traffic to reach railway or bus stations. This direct premium service bypasses these hurdles entirely, saving both time and money.
