Thiruvananthapuram: Higher Education Minister R Bindu released the office manual of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), detailing guidelines, protocol, and the central allotment process of various entrance examinations.

All staff of the office of the Commissioner of Entrance Examinations are on deputation from other departments for three to five years. Currently, there are no authentic records for them to understand the office procedures and others. The CEE’s office handles admission to a variety of courses. The new manual enables even new people to easily understand how these admission processes are undertaken.

The minister also released the software user manual, which familiarizes students with department tests and the allotment process. Arun K Vijayan, The Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Prof Baby Xyla, Joint Commissioner (Computer), and Dr S J Shabu, Joint Commissioner (Academic), also attended the event.
