Despite the countless opportunities in India, techies mostly prefer migrating to foreign countries mainly because of impressive salaries and the standard of living in foreign lands. But not every foreign country is on top of the list for providing good opportunities in the tech industry. Here is a list of ten countries that offer spectacular job opportunities for techies.

1. Netherlands
According to the latest international surveys, the Netherlands is the most preferred country for techies from all over the globe. Amsterdam provides amazing opportunities with its countless innovation hubs. Tech giants like Google, Canon, IBM and Cisco have offices in the city. 

2. Germany
Lots of companies are moving their headquarters to Berlin, the capital city that attracts immense foreign investment. Companies like Volkswagen, Sipher and SAP have already opened their major offices in Berlin. 

3. Canada
Cities like Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal are the hubs for tech companies in Canada. Interestingly, tech companies contribute a major share of the nation’s GDP. Amazon, Blackberry, Nokia and Mitel currently concentrate on Canada as their main market. 

4. UK
Manchester, Edinburgh and Bristol attract lots of international companies. Youngsters from around the world land in these cities as lots of international tech companies have opened their offices here. 

5. Switzerland
It was only recently that Switzerland began luring tech companies. Most companies prefer the capital city Bern for opening their offices. Meanwhile, Zurich and Geneva too are in the run to become preferred tech hubs.

6. Sweden
Stockholm is the main tech hub in Sweden. Interestingly, Stockholm has already grabbed the title of the biggest IT hub in Europe. 

7. US
The US is seventh on the list of the most tech-friendly countries in the world. Techies are attracted to tech hubs in the US like Silicon Valley, Seattle and New York. Interestingly, the US is famous for providing services in cyber security, software development and health tech.

8. Australia
Most tech companies have their offices in cities like Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. Canberra too is becoming a favourite for techies.

9. Denmark
Denmark is one of the highest job providers in the world. Even though there are many IT companies in Aalborg, Copenhagen is the most preferred city in this field.

10. Belgium
Brussels is known as the hub of startups. This is one of the reasons why youngsters are lured to Belgium.
