Udhayanidhi Stalin's next outing as actor-producer Gethu is out with a stellar trailer, with a star cast that he can beam about.
Touted to be an action thriller with ample romance sprinkled over it, Gethu stars Satyaraj, football player-turned-actor I.M. Vijayan, Amy Jackson, Karunakaran and Vikranth among others.
While Vikranth is said to be essaying the bad guy, I.M. Vijayan's character seems to be along the grey lines too.
Udhayanidhi Stalin, the protagonist, seems to be a killer-on-call, and the trailer refers to crimes, legalities, and there is a even a mention of Pokhran, a municipality in the Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan, which was the test site for India's first underground nuclear weapon detonation.
Composer Harris Jayaraj has kept the tempo up through his resounding background score and the cinematography too looks keen on making a mark with interesting landscapes.
Directed by Thirukumaran of Maan Karate fame, under the banner 'Red Giant Movies', the movie is looking at a December release.
