Rajesh Pillai's next project in Malayalam, starring Kunchacko Boban and Manju Warrier, has been titled Vettah.

Touted as a psychological thriller, the film will also have Bhama, Vijayaraghavan, Prem Prakash, Deepak Parambol and Rony David Raj in important roles.

Vettah, which will be shot in Ernakulam and Vandiperiyar, is set to roll out in October.

Traffic and Mili, Rajesh's last two Malayalm flicks, were both critical and commerical successes.

Rajesh said that Vettah, written by Arunlal Ramachandran, would be different from his previous films and would be Malayalam's first ever 'mind game thriller'.

Anish Lal R.S. will handle the film's cinematography, while Shaan Rahman will compose the songs.

AVA Productions and Rajesh Pillai Films will co-produce Vettah, making it Rajesh's maiden venture in production.

Rajesh is also set to make his Bollywood debut with Traffic's Hindi remake.
