A perennial dinner favourite!

The fluffy, tastier version of the poori is here for you to try at home! Pair it up with spicy chana masala and there's that perfect dinner!

Ingredients
250gm maida
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 dsp sugar
A pinch of soda powder
1 dsp ghee
Salt, as required

Preparation
Whisk the egg and milk together, and fold well
Add the sugar, soda powder, ghee and salt
Lastly, add the maida
Make a firm but spongy dough
Make small balls out of the dough and flatten out in an oval or round shape
Deep fry in oil for fluffy bhaturas
