Banana and dates milkshake

There is no better way to start your day, especially during the first trimester of pregnancy! This drink gives you the triple bonus: (1) No cooking required (2) It can be prepared in a jiffy, and (3) it contains vital nutrients like proteins, calcium and iron.

Ingredients
¼ cup dates, de-seeded
Half a banana
1 cup milk
4-5 ice cubes

Preparation
Soak the dates in warm milk for some time
Next, add the dates, milk, banana and ice cubes into the jar of a mixer-grinder
Switch on the mixer, beat well and serve at once
