Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup packed brown sugar 
1 cup butter, softened 
2 large eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence 
2 ¼ cup white flour 
1 tsp baking soda 
¾ tsp salt 
2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips 

Preparation
Pre heat to 375 —¦ F.
Combine the sugar, packed brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl
To this, add the white flour, baking soda and salt, and mix well
The dough will be stiff, so knead well or use a mixer to get a uniform consistency
Now, add the cashew nuts and chocolate chips and mix both well and evenly with the dough
Arrange lumps of the cookie dough on a non greased cookie sheet spaced at 2 inch gaps
Once they begin to cook, the cookies will flatten, so make sure you leave a spacing of 2 inches at least.
Bake for 8€“10 minutes till the cookies turn light brown. Though they will seem not done completely at first, do not over cook or else the cookies will get burnt.
Once they cool off, use a flat spatula to separate the cookies from the cookie sheet. Do not try this when hot or else the cookies may lose shape.
Enjoy them with a warm glass of milk.
