A shot of health is what this porridge, combining the goodness of oats and ragi is.
Ingredients
¼ cup ragi
¼ cup oatmeal flour
Sugar to taste
¼ tsp cardamom powder
½ tsp ghee
5 cashew nuts
½ liter milk
Preparation
To a wok, add ghee, ragi, oatmeal flour and roast it for 5 minutes in low flame
Keep aside
Boil milk, sugar and cardamom
Add ragi oats mix to the milk and cook it for 5 minutes.
Add cashew nuts and switch off the flame.
Serve hot
