Ingredients
1 rib eye steak
1 pear
2 white onions
1 tbsp garlic (chopped)
1 leeks (chopped)
1 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
1 tsp brown sugar
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp white sesame seeds
Salt as required
Black pepper as required
Oil as required

Preparation
Slice the rib eye steak into thin slices
Peel the pear and grate it
Marinate the steak slices with chopped garlic, leaks, spring onion, brown sugar, dark soy sauce, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, grated pear, and black pepper as required
Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours
Heat oil in a pan
Add chopped white onions and sauté
Add the marinated beef steak
Mix well
Add a table spoon of chopped green onion and a tea spoon of white sesame seeds and salt as required
Cook well
Serve hot with boiled vegetables and rice.
