Last year, Malayala Manorama had organised the long-distance running event Bonne Santé, virtually, for those exploring new ways to stay fit. More than 2,000 runners had enthusiastically participated in the event across the State.

This year, the run goes offline for the first time as we slowly recuperate from the pandemiceffects and get back on feet, and it will be held on May 29 in Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam and Kozhikode districts. It aims to show that fitness miracles are possible in real life too, regardless of one's age. In French, Bonne Santé means 'good health'.

The event will be held in two categories, five and 10 km fun runs and anyone above the age of eight is eligible for the same. Attractive prizes, including medals and certificates await those who finish in the first three places in both the categories.

This year's event is sponsored by IBS Software, an international IT company from Kerala. V.K.
