Two children were reportedly burnt alive inside their home in Patna, Bihar, by suspected criminals, NDTV reported on Thursday, citing the police.
Siblings Ansh and Anjali were killed inside their home in Patna's Janipur shortly after returning from school, according to the report.
A video showed one child's charred body lying on a bed, partially covered with a cloth. Their mother, a nurse at AIIMS Patna, was seen weeping beside her son's body at the doorstep, as neighbours tried to console her, NDTV said.
