Kollam: Two women died on Thursday after a mini lorry rammed into them while they were standing at a bus stop in Panaveli, Kottarakara. The deceased have been identified as Sonia (42) and Sreekutty (23), both residents of Panaveli.
The incident occurred around 7 am. “Right after the accident, the driver got out of the vehicle and fled. He is currently absconding, and we are in the process of locating him,” said an officer from Kottarakara police station.
