Thiruvananthapuram: The UDF has announced the second list of candidates for the upcoming local body election to the Thiruvananthapuram district panchayat. Among the 13 candidates, the party has decided to field Ameya Prasad, a transgender person, in the Pothencode ward. The party had earlier released its first list of 12 candidates for the district panchayat seats.
