A 20-year-old man, his grandmother and her sister were found hanging at their residence in Koothuparamba, Kannur on Friday. According to the Koothuparamba Police, the investigation is underway, after which an FIR will be registered.
The youth, identified as Kishan, is believed to have taken his own life. The police suspect that his grandmother, V K Reji, and her sister, Roja, died by suicide, devastated by Kishan's death. The bodies will be handed over to the relatives after postmortem examinations.
