Kozhikode: A man from Kozhikode, who fell into a well four days ago, was rescued on Sunday by fire force personnel.
Avidanalloor Kottakkunnummal Shibu (34) had slipped into a deserted well on a hilltop at Kottakkunnummal four days ago. But no one came to know about the incident.
Unable to climb out of the well, Shibu had been shouting and screaming intermittently for help. A passerby who happened to hear the cries for help informed the fire force on Sunday. The fire and rescue personnel immediately rushed to the spot and pulled the man out of the well.
