The 6 Series Gran Turismo is BMW’s luxurious take on the 5 Series Gran Turismo. BMW defines the new offering as a sporty performer with the same wheelbase, features and luxury as the 7 Series limousine.
The 6 Series is as long as the 7 Series. It is built on the same platform. The five-metre long 6 Series is a challenge to the sedan, coupe and crossover. Some models come with all-wheel drive.
With four-cylinder petrol engine and six-cylinder diesel engine, 6 Series has been designed to perform. Luxury is an added bonus. Only 630 A petrol models will be available in India initially.
The 6 Series is for those who regard the 7 Series as somewhat antiquated. The design oozes freshness. Doors without frames, glasses that glide to nowhere, bonnet that stretches out and the coupe look makes the car an eye candy. Drive it and you are hooked forever.

Indian consumers have only one choice - The 630A Sport Line. It costs Rs 60.80 lakh, which is a bit of a stretch from the 5 Series. But you are getting the luxuries of the 7 Series, which costs from Rs 1.20 crore.
