Four engineering colleges under the Cooperative Academy of Professional Education (CAPE) are launching diploma courses this academic year. This is in the backdrop of various complaints being raised over the shortage of seats in Plus-One classes for all candidates who have cleared the Class 10 exams in Kerala.

New-generation subjects like Cloud Computing and Big Data are being offered under the three-year diploma courses, for which students who have passed Class 10 may apply.

The website of CAPE is www.capekerala.org. Candidates would be selected to the diploma courses in the four CAPE colleges along with the poly diploma admissions. Interested students can submit their applications till August 10 on www.polyadmission.org.
