Kerala SSLC Results 2024: Pass percentage 99.69%, 71K students bag full A+ grade | How to check

Thiruvananthapuram: Pass percentage for this year's SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate) examinations – the Class 10 final exams under the Kerala state syllabus – stood at 99.69 per cent as 4,25,563 students qualified for higher education.
While announcing the results here on Wednesday, Kerala Minister for General Education V Sivankutty said 71,831 students scored A+ grade for all subjects. He said 4,27,153 students had attended the exam. This year's pass percentage was only 0.01 percentage points lower than last year's 99.7 per cent.

Among the revenue districts, Kottayam secured the highest pass percentage (99.92 per cent) while Thiruvananthapuram witnessed the lowest pass percentage of 99.08. Educational district with highest pass percentage is Pala, which scored 100 per cent. The highest number of students who scored A+ for all papers is in Malappuram educational district – 4,964 students.

Out of the 2,944 candidates who appeared for the THSLC (Technical High School Leaving Certificate) exam, 2,938 became eligible for higher education. The pass percentage for the THLC exam is 99.8 per cent. A total of 534 students got A+ grade in all subjects under the THLC exam. 
This year's announcement arrived 11 days ahead of last year's date. 

This year’s SSLC exams began on March 4. There were 2,970 exam centres, of which 2,954 were located in Kerala, seven in the Gulf region and nine in Lakshadweep. Answer sheet evaluations were held between April 3 and April 20 at 70 locations across Kerala. Subsequent processes, such as tabulation and grace mark entries, were concluded at the Kerala Pareeksha Bhavan, Office of The Commissioner of Government Examinations in Thiruvananthapuram.

This year, 892 government schools, 1,139 aided schools and 443 un-aided schools achieved 100 per cent pass, the general education department announced. 

Applications for revaluation, photocopy and scrutiny of answer sheets can be submitted from May 9 to 15. The SAY -- supplementary exam -- will be conducted from May 28 to June 6. The exam result will be announced in the second week of June. Students can attend SAY exams for up to three subjects.

Kerala Plus Two result 2024: Date and time
Additionally, the results of the Higher Secondary and Vocational Higher Secondary examinations (Plus Two) will be disclosed on May 9. Notably, the Plus Two results were released on May 25 last year.

In the Higher Secondary exam, a total of 4,41,120 students participated, among them 2,23,736 boys and 2,17,384 girls. Answer sheet evaluations took place from April 3 to April 24, with approximately twenty-five thousand teachers engaged in the Plus One and Plus Two exam evaluations at 77 camps statewide.

For the Vocational Higher Secondary regular category, 27,798 students registered for the second-year examination, while 1,502 students enrolled under the private category.
