PSC to conduct interviews for 8 posts of assistant professor in different depts

A meeting of the Public Service Commission (PSC) has decided to conduct interviews for eight posts in different departments, publish the probability list for another eight posts as well as the shortlist for 10 vacancies.

The interviews will be conducted for the posts of Assistant Professor in Physiology (Scheduled Caste) in the Medical Education department; Assistant Professor in Cardiology (Vishwakarma); Assistant Professor in Microbiology (Scheduled Tribe), Assistant Professor in Cardio-Vascular and Thoracic Surgery (SIUC  Nadar);  Assistant  Professor in Surgical Oncology (Scheduled Caste); Assistant Professor in Paediatric Cardiology (Ezhava/Thiyya/Billava); Assistant Professor in Arabic in the Department of Collegiate Education (Scheduled Caste); and Assistant Professor in Arabic (Scheduled Caste).

The probability list will be published for the posts of male warden (Muslim, Nadar) in the Scheduled Caste Development department in Palakkad district (SIUC Nadar); male warden in the Scheduled Caste Development Department in Kasaragod and Kozhikode districts; clerks in different departments in districts (Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe), laboratory assistant in the higher secondary section in Thrissur district (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe); laboratory assistant in higher secondary section in Idukki district (Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe); pump operator in Medical Education department; mechanic grade 2 in Farming Corporation; and sales assistant in Handloom Development Corporation.

The shortlist of candidates will be published for appointment to the posts of staff nurse grade 2 (Muslim)  in the Health Department in Kannur and Kasaragod districts; deputy manager in Travancore Sugars and Chemicals; assistant engineer in United Electrical Industries, IT  officer in the State Cooperative Bank (general category); materials manager in Coir Marketing Federation, junior instructor (secretarial practice – English) in the Industrial Training department; translator (Malayalam) in the Information and Public Relations Department; chauffeur grade 2 in Tourism Department; photographer in Police Department;  junior instructor (draughtsman mechanic) in Industrial Training Department.
