Abi, Dileep and Nadhirsha had been close friends since their early days as mimicry artists and the trio was a winning combination in the 90's, especially with their audio cassette 'De Maveli Kombathu' becoming a super hit in Kerala. Later, Dileep went on to star in movies while Nadhirsha turned to direction.

Abi was senior to both Dileep and Nadhirsha when it came to experience in mimicry. The latter were members of Abi's troupe. After Kalabhavan's hit pair Sidhique and Lal, it was Abi, Dileep and Nadhirsha who ruled stages across Kerala leaving a trail of laugh riots and genuine humor.
