Quinoa, beetroot and orange super-healthy salad

The West had been under the grip of quinoa for quite sometime. This magical starch-free grains is now entering into local cuisines also, thanks to their protein and fibre rich nature. Pairing them with fresh beetroot and oranges make one bowl of super-healthy salad. Here's how to make it at home. 

Ingredients
50 gm quinoa
150 ml hot water
1 small beetroot
1 fresh orange
100 gm assorted lettuce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 gm roasted almond

Preparation
Take a bowl and pour in 150 ml of hot water
Soak the quinoa for 10 minutes, strain it and put it in a fresh bowl
Add some seasoning like olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Put assorted lettuce mix it properly, and then put it in a fresh serving plate
Take the beetroot, cut into small cubes, and marinate with seasoning salt pepper and balsamic vinegar and olive oil
Put these in the same plate of quinoa and top up with peeled orange slice
