An excellent option to pick up this valentine's Day if you want to stay away from too much sugar and are on the lookout for healthier desserts.
Ingredients
250gm butter
200gm sugar
3 eggs
2 drops vanilla essence
100gm maida
1 pinch baking powder
200gm oats
50gm each, tinned blueberry, strawberry and raspberry
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Mix butter and sugar and blend well to a paste
Add eggs one by one to it and after beating well, add vanilla essence
Mix baking powder with maida and sieve
Gently add the mix to the egg mixture and blend
Add oats to it and mix well. Pour into baking tin
Add the tinned blueberry, strawberry and raspberry over it
Keep in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes
