Ingredients
2 cups tender coconut water
2 tsp agar agar powder
A pinch of salt
1.5 tsp soaked basil/ sabja seeds

Preparation
Mix tender coconut water, sugar, salt and agar agar powder in a pan
Turn on the flame
Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes on simmer
Transfer immediately into a glass bowl
Top it up with soaked basil/sabja seeds
After five minutes, close the lid and keep it in the fridge
Refrigerate the jelly for two hours
Take it out, cut into cubes and enjoy.
