Whipped cream and crushed nuts for garnish
Preparation
Cut the orange into 2 halves
Carve out the orange flesh without breaking the skin
Make a pulp of the orange pieces without the white covering
In a thick bottomed pan, cook the carrot in milk and sugar
When the carrot gets cooked well and mushy, add the paneer grated and the milk khoya and mix well
In the end add the pulped orange pieces to this and remove from the fire
Pour this mixture into the carved out orange skin and decorate with whipped cream and nuts
Keep in the fridge to set before serving
You may substitute the carrots with ash gourd and the milk khoya with condensed milk
