French toast! Why not bake it for a change

French toasts have been a breakfast favourite for generations. The use of easily available bread and milk and the ease of making the toasts make them popular at homes across the world. The classic dish, also known as eggy bread, makes for a delicious sweet snack in the morning. How about going for a baked version? Baked French toasts are like little bread muffins with the classic toasty flavour.

You can prepare the toast mix, the night before and bake it in the morning to save time.

Grease a 12 holder muffin tray, fill half way with the bread filling
Bake plain or with filling of your choice for 20 mins
