Custard apple pudding

Creamy and rich custard apple pudding is the perfect dessert to serve at your next house party. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
3 custard apples
¾ litre milk
5 gms China grass
2 tbsp milk powder
½ cup of sugar

Preparation
Remove the skin of the custard apples and scoop out the pulp
Blend some custard apple pulp with milk in a mixer jar
Pass this mix through a sieve
Now add more pulp and sugar into it
Blend well
Soak the China grass in water just 10 minutes before making the pudding
Boil the soaked China grass and milk simultaneously in different pans
Add the milk powder when the milk begins to boil
Turn off the flame and add the custard apple pulp mix
Into it add the hot China grass as well
Mix well
Transfer this into a pudding dish
Keep it in the fridge for at least 2 hours for the pudding to set
Dig into the super soft and creamy pudding.
