Make your pancakes extra fluffy by swapping milk with buttermilk

Pancakes are delicious breakfast dishes that could be cooked in a jiffy. It could also be enjoyed as a filling evening snack. Here is how to make fluffy and soft pancakes with buttermilk and sugar. An added benefit of using buttermilk instead of regular milk is that your pancake would get even more softer and fluffier.

Ingredients

1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
3 tbsp butter
1 tsp vanilla essence

Preparation
Mix the all purpose flour, baking soda and sugar in a big bowl
Meanwhile, mix egg, buttermilk and butter too
Add this mixture into the dry ingredients
Add the vanilla essence too
Mix well into soft batter
