Ingredients
Pork (cut into small pieces)
Mustard seeds
Cloves
Cinnamon
Fennel seeds
Onion
Green chillies
Crushed ginger – garlic
Curry leaves
Salt as required
Chilli powder
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Meat masala
Crushed pepper

Preparation
Heat coconut oil in an earthen vessel
Splutter mustard seeds, cloves, cinnamon and fennel seeds
Sauté onions, green chillies, ginger – garlic, curry leaves and salt until they turn brown in colour
Into it add chilli powder, turmeric powder, meat masala, pepper powder and garam masala
Now add the cleaned pork pieces
Mix well
Pour some water too
Close the lid and cook until the water reduces
Finally add the crushed pepper corns
Spicy and delicious pork roast is ready.
