Paneer mukkipporichathu: Elevate your snack game with this crispy treat

If you love paneer-based snacks like pakoda, fry, cheese balls and the like, you should try this crispy paneer mukkipporichathu, a golden brown treat that's super delicious and looks regal on a guest platter. You can also easily prepare a mint coriander sauce and garlic yoghurt to enjoy with it. Soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, this snack can be a delightful pick for those looking for the right companion for tea time.

Ingredients
200 gms paneer
50 gms maida
10 gms black sesame seeds
Salt to taste
100 gms bread crumbs
Sunflower oil for deep frying
10 gms crushed black pepper
10 gms ginger garlic paste
2 gms turmeric powder
15 ml lemon juice
For mint coriander sauce
Blend equal quantity of mint and coriander with green chilli, ginger, hung curd and salt
For garlic yoghurt
Mix hung curd with garlic paste and salt
For garnish
Microgreens
Julienned green chilli
Julienned seedless tomato
Pomegranate seeds
A carrot cut into thin, round slices

Preparation
Cut the paneer into finger shapes and marinate with salt, ginger garlic paste, crushed pepper and turmeric powder
Prepare a medium-consistency batter using maida
Mix the crumbs and black sesame seeds together
Dip the marinated paneer into the batter and coat with crumbs
Deep fry the paneer in sunflower oil until it turns golden brown colour
Place the fried paneer layer by layer on a plate squeeze the prepared sauces over the paneer and garnish
