Thrissur: A middle aged man was arrested for hiding a camera inside his footwear from the Kerala School Kalaolsavam venue. The Chiyyaram native was spotted by the police as he walked in a weird fashion towards the exhibition ground.
The shadow police tailed him and caught him with a footwear which had a camera phone in it. The police said he intended to capture images of participants on the sly. The East police station granted him bail after charging a case.
