'Missing'! Several Congress, JD(S) MLAs likely 'hijacked' by BJP

Bengaluru: As BJP and JD(S)-Congress scurry to form government in Karnataka after the hung verdict in the assembly polls, reports of newly elected MLAs going 'missing' have emerged.

If two JD(S) MLAs skipped a key party meet on Wednesday morning, as many as 12 MLAs of the Congress did not turn up at the parliamentary party meet on Wednesday. Rumours are rife that at least some of these MLAs could have been 'hijacked' by the saffron party. JD(S) chief Kumaraswamy had even alleged that each of his party MLAs were being offered Rs 100 crore each.
