The State Tourism Department has initiated advertisments featuring characters from 'Chotta Bheem,' a hot favorite animated show among children. The animated ad shows the characters arriving in Kerala on a vacation.
The forests, elephants, sea, and backwaters of the state are featured in the ad, which mainly targets families from northern India.
The Kerala Tourism Department is also running a campaign called 'Come out and Play' in association with English movie channel HBO. The department will showcase adventure travel movies on HBO until 15th of this month. A special ad featuring scenes from Hollywood movies has also been made for this.
