“All compromises were made for the sake of AMMA,” said actress Parvathy on Monday while talking to Manorama News.
Earlier, in the day, actor Siddique addressed a press meet on behalf of the Association of Malayalam Movie Artistes (AMMA) along with veteran actor KPAC Lalitha and Parvathy was responding to the same.
“All we had a certain set of questions and now they are blaming us with silly reasons like hidden agendas. This sudden press meet is just an old technique to ignore the matter that we demanded.”
Further, she also added, “Actress KPAC Lalitha said how they wanted everone to go along in peace and we too wanted the same. We did all kinds of compromises for the sake of AMMA. All the meetings, letters, phone calls and approaches were done for the organization itself.”
“What's hurting the most is that they saying no such things like harrsment is happening in the industry. It's painful to hear such words from veteran actors like Siddique and Lalitha. They even cited that things like ICC(Internal Complaint Committee),” she said.
