Noodle Salad

Get innovative in your kitchen with this unique salad that has everything going for it—health, taste and fun to binge!

Ingredients
1.
Water 
Salt to taste

2.
2 1/2 cups carrots, julienned

3.
2 1/2 cups beans cut into two

4.
100g Chinese noodles

5.
4 chicken breast pieces

6.
1/2 tsp black pepper powder

7.
2 dsp olive oil

8.
2dsp white sesame seeds

9.
1/2 cup water
2 dsp olive oil
2 tsp ginger finely cut
1/3 cup soybean sauce
2 dsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli sauce
A pinch of sugar

Preparation
Add salt to water and boil it 
When it comes to a boil, add carrots and stir for three minutes
Strain and plunge into cool water
Strain again
Do the same with beans
Cook noodles along with salt and when done, plunge it immediately into  cold water, strain
Marinate chicken with salt and pepper powder
Heat olive oil in a pan and spread the chicken pieces on it
Sprinkle half of sesame seeds on top of this
Turn chicken on the other side and add sesame seeds
Strain after chicken is done
Mix all ingredients grouped under 9 and keep it ready as salad dressing
In a wok, add noodles, carrots, beans and salad dressing and mix well
Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with fried chicken pieces cut into long strands
