Egg dosa

Bull's eye dosa is an easy and nutritious breakfast dish. This could be prepared for your kids as it is packed with protein and other nutrients. Check out the incredibly simple recipe of bull’s eye dosa.

Ingredients
2 cups dosa batter
1 onion (finely chopped)
1 tomato (finely diced)
3 green chilies (chopped)
Salt as required
4 eggs

Preparation
Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies and salt into the dosa batter and mix well
Rub some ghee on a hot tawa and pour a spoon full of dosa batter
Spread the batter a bit and break open an egg in the middle. 
Pour some ghee around it and cover the dosa with a lid
Cook on low flame until the egg is cooked to your liking
You could flip the dosa and cook the yolk if you prefer.
