Try this coconut dosa for breakfast

Give a magic twist to your breakfast dosa by adding some grated coconut while grinding your batter. It would make your dosa super soft and fluffy. It tastes best with coconut chutney. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
½ cup urad dal
1 cup raw rice
1 cup grated coconut
¼ cup boiled rice
Salt as required
Preparation
Wash the raw rice and urad dal
Soak them separately
After 2-3 hours, grind the urad dal, boiled rice and some water in a mixer jar
Transfer this into a vessel
Now grind the raw rice and grated coconut
Pour this into the previously ground urad dal mix
Mix well
Keep it aside for 8 hours or overnight for the batter to rice
Add enough salt too
Grease a dosa pan
Pour a ladle full of batter and spread into crepe
Close the dosa using a lid; there is no need to flip
Cook for a minute
Sprinkle some ghee on the dosa
Enjoy the delicious coconut dosa.
