I will have a son: What Chiranjeevi Sarja told brother on having a baby

Meghana Raj, wife of late Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja delivered a baby boy on Thursday.

Since then, the internet has been abuzz with good wishes for the family. Chiru’s brother Dhruva and Meghana Raj’s parents thanked everyone for their wishes and prayers, while addressing the media.

During the interaction, Dhruva Sarja shared an interesting piece of conversation he had with his late brother, a few days after confirming Meghana's pregnancy.

Dhruva said, "I had playfully asked him (Chiru) that what if he had a son who is like him. I told him that our parents used to get a lot of complaints from school about him. He replied that he would have a son and he would also get a lot of complaints from school.”

Talking about the newborn, Dhruva said: "I am extremely thrilled. Both Meghana and the baby boy are doing fine. I thank Lord Hanuman for this. When I held my nephew, I felt like Chiru was with me all over again. He is Chiru's son after all. This feeling is unparalleled and I cannot explain it."

Overwhelmed by Dhruva's revelation, Chiru's fans took to social media and declared that late superstar's dream has come true.

A photo of the nurses and doctor holding the little one, standing next to the portrait of his late father too has made many fans emotional.

Chiranjeevi Sarja passed away on June 7 following a cardiac arrest. He was laid to rest at his farmhouse in Bengaluru.
