Pathanamthitta: An unidentified burnt body was found on Omallur Pallath panchayat roadside here on Saturday morning. The police have started the inquest.
According to preliminary observations, the deceased committed suicide, police said.
An empty bottle was found next to the body. Police suspect the deceased poured petrol all over the body before setting fire. They have started an investigation into the incident.
