Cherupayar vilayichathu

Sweetened green gram tossed with coconut and sugar, this delicious dish can stand on its own as well as accompany a main dish with elan.

Ingredients
1 cup coconut
1 cup boiled green gram
½ tsp crushed cumin seeds
1 tbsp sugar

Preparation
Heat the pan (use no oil)
Add coconut, crushed cumin, sugar and saute well
Add green gram soon enough and blend well
Close and let it cook for 5 minutes
Delicious sweetened green gram is ready to be relished
