Dosa in its many avatars are one among the many reasons to stay in love with this versatile food. The egg and cheese uthappam here is novel and an absolute delight

Ingredients
1 cup dosa batter
2 eggs
Salt and pepper for taste
¼ cup grated cheese

Preparation
On a hot tawa, prepare thick dosas and keep aside
Beat the eggs with salt and pepper and pour onto a hot pan
Place the cooked uthappam on the egg that is getting cooked
Cook the other side
Serve hot after sprinkling grated cheese on top of the uthappam
