Egg chutney kebab

A richer and tastier version of the egg bajji that has now become a famous street food, the egg chutney kebab would be a hit this season.

Ingredients
5 eggs
Sufficient quantity oil for frying

1 ½ cup grated coconut
3 green chilies
5 pearl onions
1 piece ginger
¾ cup cut coriander leaves and mint leaves
2 tbsp lemon juice
Sufficient quantity salt

¼ cup gram flour
¼ cup maida
1 ½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala powder
A pinch of soda powder

Preparation
Boil the egg and keep it cut into two pieces
Gently grind ingredients listed under 2 and add to ingredients listed under 3
Add a little water and keep mixed in gravy form. Dip each egg piece in this batter and deep fry in oil
To prevent the egg from breaking, turn the part of the egg which shows the yolk upside down in oil.
Serve along with tomato chutney ground with chilli
