Ingredients
15 button idlis
Oil as required
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
2 chillies chopped
1 onion chopped
1 tbsp soya sauce
½ tbsp tomato sauce
½ cup vegetable stock
2 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ stalk chopped leek
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Preparation
In a wok, heat some oil and saute together ginger, garlic, chillies and onions
Once the onion turns golden brown, add the sauces and vegetable stock
To this mix add the corn flour. When the gravy thickens, add the leek and coriander leaves
When this is mixed thoroughly, add the button idlis
Serve hot with a garnish of coriander leaves
