Calcutta egg roll is a popular street food of Kolkata or previously known as Calcutta. This tasty wrap is easy to prepare at home. Try your hand at these, when planning a get together at home or have your younger siblings to feed when your mummy is away.
Ingredients
20 gm julienne cut of cucumber
15 gm julienne cut carrots
5 gm julienne cut onion
5 gm julienne cut beetroot
1 tsp green chilli
1 tsp coriander leaves
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp roasted peanut
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp kasundi
2 eggs
1 roti
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
Preheat the pan
Put oil in the pan and let it get little warm
Put eggs and wait for 30 to 40 seconds,
Put roti/tortilla, cook it both sides for 1 minute and remove
Now mix all the vegetables and peanuts, green chills, coriander, and put the sauce and salt
Then stuff the vegetable mixture in the roti and wrap
