Kollam: A Kerala woman cop committed suicide by hanging herself on Saturday.
Vasanthakumari (46) was a senior woman civil police officer (WCPO) at Kottiyam police station in Kollam. She hails from Kundara.
She was found hanging from a guava tree at her home's backyard at 6 am in the morning. The reason for the suicide is yet to be determined.
