Spiced banoffee pie

Though nowadays, the term banoffee is often associated with anything that has banana and toffee flavors, it was originally a crowned on a mouth-watering English pie recipe claimed to have been invented by claimed by Nigel Mackenzie and Ian Dowding. Staying true to the name, today we present you the recipe for an easy spiced banoffee pie. There is no baking involved. You can experiment with the masala combinations and develop whole new flavors of the pie if you want.  

Ingredients
100 gm ginger biscuit
100 gm digestive biscuit
250 gm butter
1 tsp mixed masala powder
2 cups of condensed milk
1 cup thick cream
4 robusta bananas, sliced
2 tsp cocoa powder

Preparation
Mix both the biscuits and crumble them with a rolling pin
Add half of the butter and masala powders to this and mix well
Butter a flan pan and add this biscuit mixture to it
Spread it evenly and press with a spoon
Leave it in the refrigerator
Heat the remaining butter in a pan
Pour condensed milk to it and stir regularly
Boil it and simmer for 6 minutes
When the mixture turns lightly golden, remove from the stove
Add 2 tbsp thick cream to this and beat well
Allow it to cool down
Pour this caramel on top of the refrigerated biscuit base
Place banana slices on top of this
Sprinkle with cocoa powder and leave it in the refrigerator
Before serving, beat the remaining cream and spread it on top of the pie
Sprinkle again with cocoa powder and serve
