2 cups oats
1 ¾ cups water
3 green chillies
Some curry leaves
1 tsp salt
Soak the oats for at least 15 minutes
Grind the soaked oats with rest of the ingredients
Heat a greased pan
Pour a ladle full of oats dosa batter and spread into thin crepe
Flip and cook
Enjoy crispy oats dosa with coconut chutney.
