Try out this oats upma for a healthy start to your day

Loaded with the goodness of oats, this dish could be enjoyed as a tasty and filling breakfast. Here is the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup oats
1 small piece of onion
1 small piece of tomato
A pinch of mixed herbs
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 packet Maggi masala
1 small piece of ginger (finely chopped)
2 green chillies
Coriander leaves
1 tsp oil
Salt as required

Preparation
Heat oil and add mixed herbs
Into it add ginger, green chillies and onion
Saute well
Now add tomato, turmeric powder and salt
Add Maggi masala too
Mix well
Add oats and mix for a minute
Pour 2 cups water
Cook on medium flame until the water evaporates
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Enjoy delicious and nutritious oats upma.
